What is Basecamp Plus?
Basecamp Plus is an equal blend of Fed 'n Happy Basecamp and biochar. Basecamp brings the biology: worm castings and composted organic material. The added biochar brings structure: a stable, porous carbon framework that gives soil microbes a charged, balanced home.
Because biochar holds water in its pores, Basecamp Plus works as a moisture stabilizer, retaining water when the soil needs it, while creating space for the soil to aggregate and breathe.
Basecamp Plus is produced at our Hutchinson, KS facility through controlled biological decomposition and vermicomposting, then screened for consistency. It contains no bio sludge or food waste.
